Terms of Use

Roadtrip Games & Quizzes for Android (the “App”) is published by Growth Essentials, LLC (“Growth Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. These terms govern your use of that Android app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Purchases and use of Google Play are also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher age required by local law or the App’s applicable store rating and access requirements. Decks marked 18+ are restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Paying for a subscription does not waive an age restriction. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must provide any agreement or permission required by law.

No registration or developer account is required. The App uses installation and subscription identifiers as explained in the Privacy Policy; using it without an account does not mean no information is processed.

3. Entertainment and Safe Participation

The App offers Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, Heart to Heart, Heads Up, Spin the Bottle, and Tic Tac Toe for personal entertainment. It is designed for passengers and people who can play safely. Never interact with the App while driving or operating a vehicle; drivers must keep their attention on the road.

Participation is voluntary. Anyone may decline or skip a question, dare or activity without pressure. Obtain everyone’s freely given consent before any physical contact or sharing personal information. You are never required to undertake sexual, unsafe, unlawful or unwanted conduct, drink alcohol, or disclose private experiences because of a prompt. Use your judgment and respect other participants’ boundaries.

4. Free Play, Purchases and Subscriptions

Some regular games have limited free-play allowances. Continued access after those allowances and access to adult decks require an active subscription. The subscription options, price, billing period and any available trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Available offers may vary.

Google Play processes Android purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the next renewal, subject to the conditions shown when you subscribe. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play’s subscription settings. Uninstalling the App or contacting support does not cancel it. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal; the store’s rules and applicable consumer law determine remaining access and refunds.

Where subscription services are available, use Restore Purchases to ask the App to check purchases associated with the relevant Google Play account. Purchase, restoration and subscription verification require an internet connection and available store services. These terms do not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by law or the applicable store rules.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may use its card-sharing features as intended. Access to paid features lasts for the applicable subscription entitlement and does not transfer ownership of the App or its content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully or to harass, pressure or harm others;
• copy, modify or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by these terms, applicable law or an applicable license;
• reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it, or bypass subscription access controls;
• infringe other people’s rights or share their personal information without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The App’s software, original text, graphics, logos and other content are owned by Growth Essentials, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Your use of an external sharing destination is subject to that destination’s terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device and future operating system. This does not exclude any warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Growth Essentials, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Ending Use and Availability

You may stop using the App at any time. Cancel an active subscription separately through Google Play. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, unlawful activity or a security issue, subject to applicable law.

We may update or discontinue features. If changes materially affect an active paid service, we will provide any notice, cancellation option or other remedy required by law or Google Play’s rules. Discontinuing the App does not remove those rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post the current version here with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required for material changes. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your usual residence or the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. Contact us if you would like help resolving an issue; doing so does not waive your legal rights.
