Peel Parade · iPhone, iPad and Android
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026 · Growth Essentials, LLC
Growth Essentials, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company, publishes Peel Parade (the “App”), a pulling puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what information the App handles when you play, watch ads, make purchases, use leaderboards or contact us. No registration or account with us is required.
Read our Terms of Use. For support and privacy enquiries, email support@growth-essentials.com.
1. Information on Your Device
Your game progress is kept on your device: cleared levels, scores, Daily Peel results and streak, the crew members you have met, lives, purchased items, the skin you wear, and settings such as sound, music, haptics, reduced motion and language. We do not receive this progress unless it is part of a service described below. The App does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
When you tap Share result on a Daily Peel result, the App places a short text line (the day, your pulls, score and streak) on your device’s clipboard. Where you paste it is up to you.
2. Advertising
The App is free to play and shows ads from an advertising partner: occasional full-screen ads between levels, and optional video ads you can choose to watch for an extra life or extra pulls. To show and measure ads, the advertising partner may collect information such as your IP address, device and operating-system details, app information, ad interactions, and an advertising identifier where one is available to it.
- On iPhone and iPad, the App asks for permission before the device’s advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown without it. You can change this at any time in your device’s privacy settings.
- On Android, the advertising identifier is available according to your device settings, where you can reset it or opt out of personalised ads.
- Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App shows a consent form before personalised ads. You can review your choice later in the App under Settings, Privacy choices.
The optional Peel Pass removes ads while it is active.
3. Install and Campaign Measurement
We use an attribution partner to understand which of our ad campaigns lead people to install and play the App. It receives information such as your IP address, device and app details, the advertising identifier where you have allowed it, the platform’s ad attribution information, and a few in-game milestones: finishing the tutorial and completing a level, with the level number. The resulting campaign details may also be added to your purchase records (Section 4) so we can see which campaigns lead to purchases.
We also use an ad-measurement partner that runs some of our app install campaigns. When you install and open the App, it receives that event together with your IP address, device and app details, and the advertising identifier where you have allowed it, so it can measure and improve those campaigns. The App does not send it your gameplay or purchases.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by the app store you use. We also use a purchase-management service to verify purchases, restore them and determine which paid items you have. It processes purchase records such as the purchased product, transaction references, purchase and expiry dates, an app-specific customer identifier that is not your name or email, and the campaign details described in Section 3.
We do not receive your payment-card details. Your app store handles payment information under its own privacy practices.
5. Crash Reports
If the App runs into an error or crashes, a crash-reporting service receives technical information to help us fix it, such as the error and where it happened in the code, the app version, device model, operating system and a randomly generated installation identifier. Crash reports are not used for advertising.
6. Leaderboards
If you are signed in to your device’s game service, the App submits your Daily Peel score, the highest level you have reached and your best Infinity run to its leaderboards. The game service shows these scores with your player name according to its own settings and privacy practices. If you are not signed in, no scores are submitted.
7. Reminders and Reviews
If you allow notifications, the App schedules up to one reminder a day on your device, for example when your lives are full or a new Daily Peel is ready. Reminders are created on your device; we do not run a notification server. You can turn them off in your device’s settings. The App may occasionally show your app store’s standard rating prompt; your rating and review go to the store, not to us.
8. Contacting Support
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you include, such as a description of a problem, a screenshot or a purchase reference. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
9. How and Why We Use or Disclose Information
We use the information described above to run the App, show and measure ads, provide and restore purchases, keep leaderboards, diagnose problems, provide support, understand which campaigns work, and meet legal obligations. The service providers named by function in this policy process information to provide those services, and some also process it under their own policies. We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws treat showing personalised ads or measuring campaigns as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”; you can limit this with the device and in-app controls in Section 2.
We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the security of the service. Where a legal basis for processing is required, it depends on the purpose: providing the game and purchases you request, your consent where the law requires it (for example for personalised ads), legitimate interests in reliability, measurement and support where permitted, and compliance with legal obligations.
10. Retention and Your Choices
Progress kept on your device stays until you delete the App or its data. Deleting the App removes it; purchases of skins and an active Peel Pass can be restored with Restore Purchases, while used lives and timed items cannot. Information held by service providers is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, such as restoring purchases, resolving disputes, fixing problems and meeting legal recordkeeping requirements. Deleting the App does not delete those records and does not cancel a subscription.
There is no account with us and no in-app deletion control. For questions about retention or requests about your information, including deletion, contact support@growth-essentials.com. Because the App uses installation-based identifiers rather than names, we may need information such as a purchase reference to find the relevant records. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
11. Security and International Processing
The App uses encrypted connections to the services described above. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Growth Essentials, LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and any required transfer safeguards.
12. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, opt out of targeted advertising, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to applicable law and exceptions. Contact us to make an enquiry or exercise a right. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
13. Age Requirements
The minimum age under our terms is 13. You must also meet any higher age required by your local law. Users who cannot legally agree to the terms on their own must involve a parent or guardian. The App does not ask for a date of birth. If you believe we have received a child’s information contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and take the action required.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy and will revise its effective date when we do. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for a material change. This policy covers the App published by Growth Essentials, LLC; services you visit through external links have their own policies.
